"The camera was approximately 550 yards from the race course track line. The first action is the bowsprit of the leading contender entering the picture. The remainder of the film includes a full photograph of the leading yacht as well as most of the trailing yacht. Both of the vessels are sailing close-hauled and full rigged. The Reliance and Shamrock III were contenders for the America's Cup"--Early motion pictures.
