Takedown and Corrections

Rights holders can request immediate removal by emailing takedown@patchtv.com. Include your contact details, the copyrighted work, the exact PatchTV URL, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, an accuracy and authority statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. Access can be disabled without deleting the audit record while the notice is reviewed.
